What is the best way to contact Zoolu!?
Zoolu! prides itself on providing top-of-the-line customer service to all of our customers. Does every item on your website really ship to APO addresses?
Yes! We pride ourselves in only carrying items that all of our customers, both stateside and abroad, will be able to enjoy. There are a handful of items that, due to their size, are unable to be shipped via USPS Priority mail. These items' shipping options will be clearly marked on the product description page.
What are Zoolu!'s flat-rate shipping rates?
Zoolu! believes that our customers should not pay high shipping charges in order to receive our great products. Therefore, we have a flat-rate shipping price structure in which the more you buy, the less you spend! For all orders under $25, you will be charged a fee of $9.95 for shipping. For orders $25-$74.99, you will be charged $4.95 and for all orders over $75.00, your orders ships FREE!
How soon will I receive my order?
Zoolu! ships all orders within 2-3 days of receiving confirmation of payment. Orders stateside will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. They will arrive within 2-5 business days. Orders to APO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 7-10 business days.
Why are some items unable to be shipped via USPS Priority?
Due to the large size of a few items we carry, we are unable to ship them via USPS Priority Mail. In this case, the item will need to be shipped Parcel Post. Parcel Post typically takes 4-6 weeks to arrive to APO boxes, so please plan accordingly when making your purchase. In addition, there are a few items that are cost-prohibitive for Zoolu! to send via USPS Priority Mail. In this case, Zoolu! will gladly ship these items to you via Parcel Post. If you elect to pay the difference between the cost for Parcel Post Mail and Priority Mail, we will gladly ship it to you via USPS Priority Mail.
If I live overseas, may I pay to upgrade to "Priority Shipping" on bulkier items?
Most bulky items exceed the maximum shipping limit for packages being sent Priority Mail. In that case, these items may only be shipped via Parcal Post. However, if an item's size allows it to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you may select "Priority Shipping" for your particular region to pay the difference between the cost for Parcel Post (covered by Zoolu!) and the cost for Priority Shipping. Once selected, the additional cost for Priority Shipping will be reflected in your item's total price on your invoice. *Please note, unless otherwise noted in the description, all items on our site will automatically ship via Priority Mail at no additional cost.
Why is Zoolu! able to ship to APO while many other companies are not?
At Zoolu!, we will gladly work a little harder on your behalf to ensure that you have access to all the great baby and Mommy products available today. Many companies are unwilling to fill out the additional paperwork, pay the higher shipping costs, or sacrifice their bottom line to ship these items to military families overseas. Zoolu! understands these obstacles and feels that our hard work is well worth it to give back to the military families who are sacrificing so much for our country!

What is Zoolu!'s return policy?
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact Zoolu! at returns@shopzoolu.com and we will make arrangements for your item(s) to be returned or exchanged. For your convenience, you may ship back your item(s) at Zoolu!'s expense within 30 days. Once your item is received in its original, unused condition, you will receive a full refund or a credit can be placed on your account for a future purchase with Zoolu!
How do I return a product?
Returning a product to Zoolu! is easy and free! If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact Zoolu! at returns@shopzoolu.com, and a customer care representative will provide you with both the details for your return as well as with a pre-paid returns label for you to ship the item back at Zoolu!'s expense. Once your item has been received, you will be notified by e-mail and your refund will be completed.
Zoolu!'s Price Match Guarantee
How do I request a Price Match for an item that I have found on another site for a lower price?
In order to request a Price Match, please review Zoolu!'s Price Match Guarantee to ensure that the product you have found on another site meets the requirements for approval. If your product fits these guidelines, please e-mail us at ZooluCares@shopzoolu.com. At that time, a member of our Zoolu! team will review your request and respond to you within 2 days.
May I request a Price Match on an item that I have already purchased on Zoolu! and have since found at a better price on another website?
Unfortunately, our Price Match Guarantee is only applicable on future purchases.
Product Recommendations and Special Orders
How do I recommend a product to be added to your site?
Zoolu! is always looking for great products to add to our site. If you come across a product that you feel would be a great fit for our company, Zoolu! wants to hear about it! Please send us your recommendations at ZooluCares@shopzoolu.com.
Zoolu! already carries the brand of a product that I am interested in buying. Are you able to purchase a particular product in that brand even though you don't currently carry it on your site?
In most cases, if there is a product that you are interested in by a brand that Zoolu! already carries, we will gladly place a special order for you on your behalf. In order to special order a product, we require that you pre-pay for the item. Once payment is received, we will place your order and ship it to you as soon as the product is received.
